- Second, send at least a week before I'm due to arrive at the town where you're mailing the package.
- Third, and very important, LET ME KNOW you are sending something by email at dlsusman [at] gmail [dot] com. If I don't know to ask, then the post office might not give me your goodies!

PROBAR Meal Bars: Found at Whole Foods or online. Peanut Butter Chocolate, Superberry and Greens, Koka Moka, Superfruit Slam, and Chocolate Coconut

- Dinners: Annie's Mac & Cheese, Knorr Pasta Sides Veggie
- Small or medium sized foil packets of tuna or salmon.
- Candy Bars: Baby Ruth, Reeses PB Cups, Peanut M&Ms, Snickers, and Peanut Butter Snickers
- Odwalla Bars: Chocolate PB, Blueberry Swirl, Berry Gomega, Banana Nut
- Clif Bars: Maple Nut, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Sierra Trail Mix
- Chips: Mini Bags of Doritos, Cheezit, Sour Creme & Onion, and BBQ Chips
- Cookies: Soft & Chewy Choc Chip or Peanut butter anything
